Salted Caramel and Chocolate Ice Cream (24G of Protein) Recipe


Hey pals,

I woke up with a bit of a sore throat this morning and all I could think about was ice cream (honestly, what else is new). As I was debating running to the store to grab some, I realized how much worse all of that refined sugar would make me feel.

Soo naturally, I quickly whipped up a solution. Literally.

Let me introduce to you... my protein & macro+micro nutrient packed Salted Caramel and Chocolate ice cream! Containing nothing but a very small amount of natural sugar, you'll be sure to satisfy your sweet tooth while nurturing your body.



INGREDIENTS:

✸ 2 frozen bananas

✸ 1 Scoop of Salted Caramel Protein Powder

✸ 1 Scoop of Creamy Dutch Chocolate Protein Powder

✸ 1/3 Cup of nut milk or water

✸ Dash of salt


Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth (I left them in my blender for about 15 seconds. Time in depends on desired thickness).


And TA-DAAAA, the healthiest ice cream you'll probably ever consume. And it's DELICIOUS.
